These Terms of Service ("Terms") dictate the rules and guidelines for utilizing Choppa. By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Choppa if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. Accounts and Registration
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
- You shall not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
- You expressly agree not to sell counterfeit, stolen, or strictly prohibited items.
3. Payments and Fees
We do not charge transaction fees directly, but our integrated payment partners (e.g. Paystack, Flutterwave) charge their standard processing fees. Subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable.
